It all began quite simply, really, with me as a proud dad snapping pictures of my daughter's high school sports. Before I knew it, I was the go-to "team photographer" for her swim and track teams! Then, my best friend, who was coaching a men's football team, asked if I'd do the same for them. That blossomed into becoming a regular fixture, capturing the action for multiple men's football leagues. As the years rolled on, I found myself happily immersed in the vibrant world of youth sports, high school sports, and men's and women’s sports.

t's been such a fun ride! My wonderful sports photographer friend had this brilliant idea to start an online magazine, Metro Sports Magazine (www.metrosportsmag.com), to really shine a light on all the incredible athletes in our community. Of course, I jumped right in, sharing my action sports photos. We've had the pleasure of covering so many amazing sporting events and organizations, and honestly, we've had a blast doing it. Those years covering the Westchester Knicks (NBA G League) were a real highlight, and we still absolutely love capturing the excitement of the Professional Bull Riders (PBR). And, speaking of highlights, after 18 years of photographing men's football, I was just recently inducted as a Hall of Fame photographer for the Minor League Football Record in December 2024! As a lifelong football fan, it's such an honor and a truly proud moment to be a part of its legacy.

Honestly, I wouldn't be where I am today without the amazing communities I've been a part of! Being a member of the Professional Photographers of America has been invaluable, and I've also had the privilege of serving as the former Vice President and member of the Dutchess Regional Photographers, as well as being a board member of the Mid-Hudson Photography Club and a member of the Westchester Photographic Society. These groups are filled with such talented and supportive friends, and they've truly enriched my journey. Every meeting, every workshop, every shared experience is filled with joy, learning, and the chance to hone my skills. It's truly a wonderful thing!
